Simple Step-by-Step Process to become a member of WQS-Club:

Aim: You print WQS Codes on bottle labels. Alternatively glue an additional transparent adhesive foil with WQS-Code onto the bottles.

1. Your marketing department designs company profile matching QR Codes (either generally for your company or for each product individually) Hint: article about "intelligent QR-Codes" - you can even insert changing content (e.g. for raffles, etc.)
   
2. Select the content (URL / text / etc.) of the QR code to which the buyer should be directed.
3. Create the QR codes (for example with this tool)
4. You decide the duration for each QR-Code. (from date to date)
5. You choose the print run for each QR-Code (For example:  Code A: 5000 /  Code B: 20`000 etc.)          (Duration of action and quantity are an essential basis for our imprintment and transmission)
6. Send your QR-Codes listed (duration, date-to-date, quantity/print run for each Qr-Code) AND the size of production area (ha - see below) by email to: office(at)biobalance-technology.com
7. In response we create a personalized subscription button for your WQS-club membership with PayPal for the weekly fee (or annual fee, see below)
   Please notify us upfront if you prefer a different payment method as PayPal.
   
8. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. You`ll get the confirmation by email when the impregnation is running.
   
9. You have a new product? Just send the new QR-code by email and we add it at no extra cost. Do this every time a new bottle label is needed.

Service Fee:

(Fees are in EURO:  currency converter )

• The aim of our research group is to protect your wine and to secure the compatibility for the consumer.
• Therefore we do not need one-time payments from your company.
  
• The Service Fee will be calculated based on your production area (ha).
• We ask for a weekly payment of the fee (see below)
  
• You can then let impregnate (=WQS-Wine Quality Shield) as many QR Codes as you need!

The weekly fee per  one (1) HECTAR  (converter) is only € 1.75  (one Euro and seventyfive Cents)

Minimum service period is one year (52 weeks)   -  Minimum fee is € 5.-  per week

Samples:

Your prodution area is 5 ha - weekly fee: € 8.75

Your prodution area is 25 ha - weekly fee: € 43.75

Your prodution area is 50 ha - weekly fee: € 87.50 

Your prodution area is 62.5 ha - weekly fee: € 109.38

If it is more convenient for you to pay once a year. we offer 5% discount.
